Pizza Crust + Focaccia Baking Kit

$24.00

Just add water. Use our Pizza Crust baking kit to whip up homemade pizzas, made with our Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil.  I personally also use these kits to make Focaccia. See the Mysoor Family recipe below:

here is nothing like warm, fresh baked bread.  Serve along side your favorite pasta or salad, or with dipping oil as an appetizer.

Ingredients:
1 Package Pizza Crust Baking Kit
1/4 Cup dipping oil
1 tsp herbed sea salt

Directions:
Mix pizza kit according to package directions, using 1 cup of water.  Let rise in large oiled bowl for 90 minutes.  Generously oil the bottom of 9″ x 13″ pan with the remaining oil from the baking kit.  Gently press dough into prepared pan to the edges.  Cover and let rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.  Preheat oven to 450° F.  Dimple the surface of the risen dough with fingers and drizzle with and Herb Dipping oil or just some fresh herbs.  Sprinkle the top of the oiled dough with the sea salt and bake for 25-35 minutes until golden brown.  Allow to cool for 10 minutes then remove to a rack to keep edges crispy. OMG it's sooo good!
